Just going to log my workouts here until I go on cycle again. I stopped logging after my first cycle and that may have contributed to losing some focus.

Hung over and nauseas. Glad to have it over with.

I can eat more of whatever I want when off and not worry about weight or composition changing. As long as I keep calroies high, but not outrageous (5k or below) I seem to be able to maintain a lot of muscle. I have been at extremely high activity level since coming off which I think helps keep me lean. I am toying with the idea of posting up my full daily diet a few times a week.

do it man, i'd like to see what you are eating

good job on staying at 260... its tough to stay motivated after being off and knowing you won't be hitting personal bests anymore

i can't remember but whats your thoughts on HGH or IGF's? are any of those in the plan of lots O' gear?

Hgh I'm saving for when I get old and have the money and actually need it. IGF seems like a waste of money.

I agree... at our age theres nothing Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) can't do
