Had to stop there. Felt sick and light headed and it didn't go away. Feeling ok now.
 
Nice log. You are strong as hell off cycle as well, some pretty heavy lifts in here.

I am pushing myself a lot more than I did when I came off after my first cycle and it's been paying off.
 
I'm not making progress in terms of how much weight I can lift but I have never lifted this much without steroids.
 
It would be nice if someone would come in here and delete all the porno bullshit from this forum so people could use it a little easier.

I came off mid january so 2.5 months. The thought of having to look for a new source and worry about all the stuff that comes with that makes me want to bash my head into a wall. I'm sure it will pass.
 
Upper body strength
bench 135 x8 225 x5 275 x3 315 x2 345 x1 375 x1 405 x miss - 90% of the way up but couldn't lock it. 405 x miss again - form was there but my cns was burned
HS rows 2 plates per side x8 3 plates x6 4 plates x6 5 plates x6 5 plates+35 x8
db military 75's x6 95's x6 110's x10
bb shrugs 315 x3 405 x3 x6 x8 - lost one of my straps couldn't go heavier

I was pretty pissed about not hitting 405. My form on the first one was just shitty, strengthwise I had it. I have not been hitting much heavy bench lately and my body is not used to working over 3 plates.
