Well, looks like no one will be reading your posts anymore... I honestly haven't seen ONE post of this guy's that was worthwhile or helpful in any way. I dont see what the big deal is.. i mean you have made great progress but not without the help of getting on the "gas"... not to mention your Delts appear to be out of proportion with your arms.

I am actually blown away that someone would even consider bashing Stephou's achievements. I am willing to bet most of it is jealousy (if it isn't than I would like to see the pictures to prove it). I think it is important to realize not everyone's goals are the same and respect should be given no matter what. That being said.... I am new to this board but have been around for some time on many others and know Stephou from one of them. Give the man props - he deserves them.

- Thursday : Back / Biceps
- Friday : Legs
- Saturday : Chest / Triceps
- Rest

Week 2 :
- Monday : Chest / Triveps
- Tuesday : Legs
- Wednesday : Shoulders / Biceps

- Saturday : Biceps / Triceps
- Rest

the thing is i am going to eat like a monster if i can train like that.
considering 8 week hardcore.

VERY impressive stephou... how much cardio are you doing? is it hard keeping up with the cardio because you are eating so few carbs??
