thats a good pull beans.my dead is about 50-60#'s behind my squat.it really sucks!good work bud!

I need to start posting in here again, because I think the public viewing my lifts makes me more accountable and less of a lazy fuck. These are my first two workouts this week.

4-9-07 Chest
FLAT DB PRESS: 95 x 12; 100 x 8; 105 x 5
INCLINE HAMMER STRENGTH: 175 x 12 x 12
INCLINE BARBELL PRESS (with bar brought down to clavicle): 145 x 10 x 10 (smoked by this point in the workout, those numbers look flaming on paper :( )
INCLINE FLYES: 35 x 12 x 12
DC STRETCH: 75 x 60 seconds

4-10-07 Back
DEADLIFTS: 435 x 8
DB ROWS: 115 x 8 x 8
STIFF ARM PULLDOWNS: 140 x 20 x 12
CLOSE GRIP PULLDOWNS: 150 x 12 x 12
BARBELL SHRUGS: 455 x 10 x 10
BEHIND NECK SHRUGS: 315 x 20
