I got the stomach flu for Christmas and threw up without eating for 3 days straight... i lost about 9 pounds and none of it was fluid as Im still struggling to get back to my orignal weight. that was about it and some calf work diet was weirdtoday I ran outta eggs.

meal 1 (woke up hungry and went back to bed at 6am) wheat sanwhich with sugarless jelly and natty pb

meal 2- bowl of cottage cheese with fiber cereal (NO EGGS!!)

meal 3- half wheat sandwhich with a whole chicken breast

meal 4-brown rice and a can of tuna

meal 5- mini detour bar

meal 6- lean steak with chopped potatoes cooked in olive oil

thats it... today was my first day eating bread in about 1 month... so i can see my abs better than ever but im smaller... glad to be back!

lower back man... it kinda pinches on the left side whenever I bend down... I been doin alotta core work.. more than just a bout ever so we'll see if that helps! Im sorry it tooks o long to respond... i didnt give me a reciept in my user cp. I just posted this in my cycle forum but i think im gonna keep posting in here... any advice would be wonderful you guys.


Ok Im just gettin ready to start my third cycle... difference is I lost alotta the weight I gained on my other cycles due to a shitty stomach flu for 3 days of yacking... and I decided to completely cut bread and dairy out of my diet(besides cottage cheese) So I am much leaner holding aound 174-178 and my highest ive been was 190 i believe...

7 week cycle:
Test Prop- 75mg ed, or 150mg eod Tren a- 75mg ed, or 150eod
masteron-75mg ed, or 150eod
hcg-500IU a week
arimidex- .5 ed or eod depending on how I react to Tren Pct- gonna wait a week or so and do the typical Nolvadex post cycle therapy (pct) to let the Tren clean my system


My diet is stricter now than just about ever... heres a typical day for me.

meal 1- 9egg whites and oatmeal

meal 2- lean protein source and brown rice and veggies

meal 3- lean protein source and brown rice and veggies

meal 4-detour bar or myoplex

meal 5- lean protein source and brown rice

meal 6- before bed bowl of low fat cottage cheese with splenda and cinnamon


supplements I am taking:

tri creatine malte
diarginine malate
10-20 grams of glutamine a day
2grams of vit. c
glucosamine, msm
multivitamin
garlic ext.(only during cycle)
and probably gonna buy some b6 and take 200-800mg a day


I do alotta compound lifts... i like to train like a bodybuilder but do a few powerlifts to keep things interesting.

any cycle advice would be awsome!

does any pain shoot down into your legs? i would either quit deads and squats for a little time or go ligh to let the lower back rest.
 
My buddy had the same problem and he went to a chiropractor. He's doing better now, but some pain is still there. Hope things workout for you man.
 
Rook were the fuck is the fat in your diet?

whats your daily fat/carb/pro look like?
by what you posted its not much on the fat side. i'm seeing maybe 30g or a lil more.
 
Yea I eat 2 yolks in the morning so theirs some in that... somedays I eat steak and i eat alotta lean ground beef as my pro source... i dont really do the ratios i just like to be well balanced...

it doesnt shoot down my leg but its a nagging ache! I did quit deads for 3 months so its no where near as bed but still termpermental... i could squat the whole time and am still doin so.

mulligan... i prepare my food in bulk so i have enough to last me like 3 days.... so i cook a whole bag of chicken breast... or a 2packages of lean ground beef.... i always cook egg whites in the morning but that meal takes no time to make.... and then before work i just scoop out my brown rice and protein meal into a couple of those things and im out the door!... i bought a 6 cup rice cooker so i always have brown rice made in it... i leave the rice in their for days on end because it takes my rice about 4 days to start to spoil.
 
i would take the time one day to do a full look at your food intake macro wise. i'm no diet expert for sure but your fat intake does seem seriousely low. maybe making up as lil as 15% of your cal intake. i personally believe it should be a smidget higher even if your main source for fuel is carbs. i would shoot to make at a min 25-30%...remember besides water and oxygen, only protein and fat are neccassary for life. carbs are none essential in the grand scheme of things.

If you have aches and pains dont start another cycle. you need to be 100% on cycle. :druggie:
 
yea my cycle is actually not even here yet... im gonna train this week... take next week off and then start my cycle while i have the week off and just let my joints get some relief even though those bastards should be feeling great after the week and a half and 10 pound weight loss from the flu.
 
the lower back only affects deadlifts... and its much better I strengthend my core a ton so i think thats helping... just because I cant deadlift shouldnt be the factor of the cycle... im thinkin ill be able to deadlift just have to suck up my pride... my pride is my biggest downfall inthe damn gym!
