The Benjamin Button Cycle

I'm going to fill it today - so will find out the cost, etc. But it's 200mg/ml Test C - 20 ml and then i need another office visit $250 or phone consult $59.00 to get a refill.

I'm thinking that if you have some decent insurance, it should cover it without much cost to you.

I'd sit it the Test C for now and do the phone consult for $59 to get it refilled, so long as the cost of the prescription isn't too much. Then you'd have 40mg of Test C 200mg/ml, which would be 8,000mg total. Enough to run a little over 13 weeks at 600mg/wk... that sounds like music to the ears.

BTW have you considered on going Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)? I mean when my hormone levels drop, i for shure am gonna get on!

Milk - got a ? for you - I keep getting these tiny bruises where I inject the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG). I inject into belly fat, it goes in fast & easy. 2 mls =250 iu 2 x a week - I added some sterile water so I had at least 2ml to inject. Sound rite?

I make it so 500iu of hcg is 10iu on slin pin, thats 1/10 of a ml. Thats prob why your getting bruises because you pushing a big amount of stuff in!

Great feedback - thanks bud. I figured that if I didn't dilute it then it would be too difficult to gauge the amount I was injecting. I am thiinking that I over estimated. Next amp I'm going to make greater concentration. Meanwile - call me "leopard man" for my spots!

Use a insulin pin mate, super easy to calculate and dont have to push a lot of water in!

Man i wish i could lift 8am, would get a lot more shit done!

Mike - Yup going for the slin pin now - so tiny I never feel it! mixing up some new Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) this weekend - less H2o...

7-8 am is the golden hour for me to start my workouts - love being fresh in the am all my energy still w/ me - gets my day started in a great direction. I used to w/o at nite - but always was low on energy - too quick to find excuses to not push myself at night.

Thanks for the info bud - I will def be doing it differently. I think I just about finished the weak solution. great bruises - at least they don't hurt - just colorful - LOL!

Had a long day doing finish carpentry today and running to Home Depot! 9:45 pm - I'm exhausted! That's what you college guys have to look forward to - no more papers to write but plenty of home-work! ;-)

At 425 gms I am happy w/ the protein - but need to eat more carbs. Having just finished a CKD, it's hard to get in the habit of eating lots of carbs. i need to eat more bread and throw in a whole wheat tortilla here & there. I'm real;ly not hungry at all so it's kind of like force feeding - Today I shreded up 1 1/2 chick breasts into chicken broth with whole wheat pasta - a different way to injest the protein w/out so much chewing! - I might get massive jaw muscles!

Tomorrow it's the upper body Rep day!

As far as are you doing too much, i would say no, i like to do 3 working sets for my assintance work.

Try pullthroughs for your next ham assistance, awesome exercise.

Get on that grip work, before it runs away. You can also do one exercise everyworkout like i do, but you would know this if you read my log;)

Thanks Mike - i needed that - I'm def going to give it a go with proper form. One prob was that I had a short bar instead of a rope pull.

BOXING BUST
Went to boxing class this afternoon and got totally fucked up mentally - bummed me out big time. The gym has a new instructor who's supposed to be a great coach for winning champs, etc. but could care less about teaching nooobs like me. Plus he's from haiti or cuba or someplace like that and i can't understand a word he says - so it's basically "do what i do" - works for the seasoned fighters but shit - felt TOTALLY frustrated! If i knew how to box - i wouldn't be in the calss.... Whaaa.

Not to be a total loss, I beat the shit out a bag in the back of the gym and still got a good sweat going. Did get some rhythm on the speed bag - that was pretty fun. So tomorrow i'm going to ask the owner if i could get some private lessons - I prepaid til August so that's a long time to be in a class where i can't understand WTF is going on. Pisses me off 'cause the old trainer was awsome - spoke english & taught to all levels. This new guy moved 500 miles for the job so i think he's there to stay :-(

Licking my wounds from yesterdays boxing fiasco :nopity:- not often I feel like giving up on something. So tomorrow I'm going back - see if there is a different instructor who has some interest in teaching beginners (who will never be contenders). In the meantime, I am feelin great physically - NOTHING is sore for the first time in a long time. So I am totally psyched to hit the weights hard tomorrow am. :uzi: i think it's going to be a leg day....

Wed was rest day - meals were good but not getting enuf carbs. i won't eat white bread, pastries etc. and it's hard to get enuf whole grain stuff. Got to change that if I really want to grow on this cycle. Only other wed note - 250 Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) into the belly fat - amazing those slin needles are so tiny i don't even feel it!
