yeah, i hoping to see my squat numbers take off soon as I'm really putting forth a lot of effort on the wheels. I am really extending myself..but my goal is to be nearing four plates come may. It's a big jump, but I'm going to try really hard.

thanks guys...probably could have got a third on the 295, maybe next time I'll go for eight on the 275. Need some more back thickness, might get some work on that today.

Good mornings hurt my lower back so I usually go very light on them to get a stretch in my hammies. Are you bending your knees when you do GMs?

Good workout btw. Taking a break from deads?
 
just skipped the deads this week, will get them next week. I bend my knees enough to keep good balance on the GMs
