Thanks T, wint, luq. Went in saying I was gonna hit 315 twice and sure as shit, got it. Going for three reps next time and If i get it, i'll add a little more weight.

The leg press isn't too bad. It's a pain in the ass to rack and unrack though.

20 minutes cardio of abs, stairstepper, and eliptical.
 
I'd say I go to about 92.5-95% I believe going 100% is when you just get in there and try to rip the shit out of things...which will eventually cause injury. I try to keep the lifts as controlled as possible while goign as heavy as possible.
 
thanks guys. I'll keep going heavy under the numbers stop going up. I'm pretty in tune with my body and I'll know when the numbers will go stagnant, at which point i'll probably start the workouts with incline bb followed by flat db...but not yet as I don't see any reason why 315#x5 isn't accomplishable in the near future.

just had a week off about 5 weeks ago....won't be needing another for at least a couple months. Short of injury, these numbers will continue to go up.

In bold are the latest and greatest. Looking for possibly 5-10 more solid pounds. Have cut the diet down to clean foods and added cardio to lower a little bf. I'm very happy with where I currently am will continue to work hard for results.
