it does to me nowadays. unlike before. the feeling that I get nowadays when I do OH presses is an annoying feeling on my upper body like i want to puke x.x

Nah, no bother. I'm focusinf on going slow and really thinking about using my delts to complete the action as much as possible without excessive usee f the triceps.

Sidenote, this damn Acctuane is killing me. My endurance sucks. I can not hit the same intensity without feeling light-headed. This shit better work. So far, three weeks, not much but it does take a few months.

I think doing shoulders before legs is a good idea. Shoulder work doesn't drain you of energy like leg work would so you would want to start with shoulders first to get them out of the way.

How's the weight coming along? Any plans for a new cycle?

I've leaned down some, maybe ~2% and i'm holding strong at 195-196lbs. Next cycle prop/tren a 100/75 eod for starters. It should be pretty apparent when i'm on.

As for my last cycle, it has come to my attention that my oils were dubious. It's funny, i gained in the first five weeks while running the dbol..but once off the dbol, i leveled despite my thinking i was using 500mg test a week? Funny eh? Well, my source is MIA, specualted to have been busted...maybe he just cut and ran getting a few of us on the tail end? so, that whole time on - time off thing will not apply here as i'm sure i've been recovered for quite some time.

And yeh, your thoughts on the shoulder press before legs was my basis of thinking...but as we all know, i really need to prioritize my lagging legs
