If you are well rounded and have the total package, your squat and deads should be heavy then your bench. In my case, as i'm not well-rounded, my squats and bench are near the same. some people only bench and don't dead or squat, so they may have a 400lbs bench and 200lbs dead.
 
Nice workout Aczech. Did you have that business trip right after your cycle? Is that why you lost a good deal of strength on your bench press?

Well, i had a month of business trips, only spent about five days in the office in April. Also, my oils were lacking test..so my cycle was kinda shit. Fucking source is now gone. My caps were good, that dbol really gave me terrible back pumps. Anyways, moving on.

Winter, the beta-alaline is supposed to make your body produce more carosine (sp?) which keeps the ph levels in the body up and will help you get more reps and more strength
 
Interesting. I think supplementing beta-alanine will only help slightly in your workout though. The end product, carnosine, seems to be very like creatine in a sense; they both help you push out an extra rep except in different ways. I personally don't think it's necessary to take beta-alanine unless you're a rower or sprinter; these two athletes need more carnosine in their muscles compared to a weighttrainer due to their high intensity exercises.
