Actually had an attempt at some upright rows but because my bi's were so burned from a couple days ago...the results weren't up to par so i ditched them and did a couple different things afterwards.

Shoulders feel pretty good today..slight tightness. I like to stretch my muscle groups while i workout..a slight stretch inbetween sets helps me alot..maybe it'll prevent stretch marks too..?

yeah, i just wasn't feeling it..long weekend of later xbox hours and casino gambling left me weak and liquored out on sunday...started with squats and just wasn't feeling it but pushed every set until i thought i was gonna puke..man..rough workout

Thanks tman, winter, angry...yep, reverse grip dips by turning the palms inward so they face out with the elbows flared out...wicked killer if your gym lost the weight belt.

Probably not...but fuck it, i don't care. I'm a dip superstar...one plate=no problem...two plates=getting fun...three plates=yeah, i'm a dipping monster..lol Gonna buy my own weight belt as i'm missing them lately
 
hahaha...yeh, i got the angry face in the gym when weights are in the hands..deep breathing and grunting but i need the intensity to workout. I can't lift like some guys who look like they are listening to classical music and slowly moving the weights around. "I hit that shit!"
 
"I hit that shit!" uuh it's hate, right? lol. yeah, I know what you mean. since going back to slimmer's world, I'm slowly encouraging people to freak out during workout...scream or something..nothing wrong with that.
