angry...it's pretty much a full press. Bar comes down in front of the face, comes close to touching near collar bones then back up until near lockout.

Thanks guys...should be hitting the legs sometime today..they need work

3 plates 10 reps - Various stance widths (x4)

Leg Extension
full stack for 10 reps with 10 sec rest and another 6 reps

superset (one rep then the other) Good Morning and Squat with 135#x12reps

Feeling tired now..home and drinking protein as I type

Thanks angry...i think i've peaked on my 1rm's....so i'm going to go back to finish out this week, take a week off, then come back with higher rep training and lower the reps weekly while increasing the poundage.

Just to list...my maxes came out as;

Bench - 285
Deadlift - 405 for 5 reps
Squat - 295

Good try on the 300, going for 1RMs are either a hit or miss. Props for attempting a weight like that, I wish I could get my bench up that high again, but we'll have to see what happends :)
 
going under the bar with 300 on it is already brave. not many people can do that and good you to have a spotter. you can go heavier...or try going, which is good.
 
hell yeh amigo..."i'll hit that shit" soon enough. I get my girlfriend to spot me, cause she listens to me (hahahahah) and she's not strong enough to help too much which I like

2 plates each side for 8 reps -done slow with conc on lat width

Seated Rows
2 sets of 10 slow and focusing on tight inner back contraction

DB curls
2 sets of 10 slow and focusing on the bicep

well, that does it b/d/s = 285/425/295 totaling 1005lbs

*New goal for memorial day to get to the 1100lbs.

Current Weight = 192lbs
