On a side note..my chest feels WORKED!! upper inside, upper outside, lower inside, center...missed the outer lower but still sore to the touch. I love this feeling!
And yes, I usually make my first lifting exercise of the session an all-outer event...then take about 5-10 minutes rest before tackling the rest of the workout. I'm weird but it seems to work for me.
on side note..that chest pain is still slightly there, love it! think those incline DB are the culprit..got to do them again next time!
I never really liked doing overhead shoulder work because I always seemed to arch my back a lot when doing them, whether the exercise be DB overheads or Barbell overheads.
