Current weight: 195lbs
 
Winter: looking to get up to about 215...then start a mild cutting program

Angry: If my hands are too close, yes..the wrists bother me. I am currently working a little narrower than shoulder width.

5 slow wide-grip pull-ups
'xplode' Lat pulldowns
2 plates each side for 12 reps
then 10 reps
then 8 reps

Leg Press
3 plates each side for 15 reps
4 plates each side for 12 reps
added another 25# each side for 12 reps

Deadlift
155# x12 (x2 sets)

Fighting weight: 196.5lbs
