Monday the 11th July, Day 140, post cycle therapy (pct) Done.
Last entry into this log. Finished my clomid, aromasin and nolva therapy yesterday. I might continue on Nolva for 2 more weeks or so on 20mg ED as I have enough tabs left.
I weighted in at 184, this is my ideal weight and I hope I can stay as such. I am really thinking that my body is back on track, feeling much better and more energetic in the gym basically just normal, but nowhere near as when on though. So I am pretty happy with this. I am keeping 12 pounds of pure lean muscle mass in the end. This will by my last logged excersise, I have logged ALL my excersises in the last 20 weeks!
I will soon start an 8 week program to get ready for a BJJ tournament, so I will be doing weights 2-3 per week, cardio and 3-4 BJJ pratices per week. I have definelty gained an advantage with what I have been doing in the last 4 months. Addios amigos.
Mixed grip dead lifts, with straps.
1x12 normal grip - 70KG
1x6 normal grip - 110 KG
Military press in Smith Machine ( I was sort of feeling this excersise out, not really pressing for weights, I ended up not do it correctly as I was taking the bar all the way down to the back of my neck)
1x12 - 10KG barbells on total
1x10 - with 30KG barbells on total
1x7 - with 30KG barbells on total (stopped as I feelt ackward click in my left shoulder joint, as I was doing it incorrectly)
Sideway shouldebr raises
3x12 - 6KG dumbells
Bicepcurls, with forearms reversed on way down and very slow and going all they way down
3x8 - 12KG dumbbells
