Grizzl's GW-501516 log

recently purchased GW-501516 from Great White I am going to log the results my mouse has

first my mouse is 6' 247lbs 25%bf 34bmi but thats by the BS machine they use at work so I dont know how accurate that is. cholesterol panel was done 2 weeks ago 273 overall mostly bad 12 good yes not a typo 12 so Mickey (the mouse) really needs help there and I am hoping that GW will do the trick

Mickey works out 5 times a week wieghts and cardio. He eats relatively clean, currently he is eating 2090 cal. off days and 2500 cal. work out days. He is running 2mi. in 17 min 3 min cool down so I will use this as a base to figure the results of the possible lift in endurance.

I dosed mickey with 1ml 5mg today and I have nothing to report other then He claims it tastes like shit and burns a bit like a shot of LQ. I will report Mickeys progress daily "enjoy the ride"
 
D2 same dose 1ml 5mg No major changes to note caloric intake yesterday was 2493cal

Gym day was chest- flat bench barbbell 225x5x5, flat bench dumbbell fly 45x10 50x10 55x10, close grip incline barbbell press (first time) 135x5x5 no endurance improvment

Cardio- 2miles 17min 3min cool down no endurance inprovement

Side note I will weigh the mouse in every friday on the same scale last friday 247lb , Mickey has been dropping 2 to 3 lbs a week steady now for the last 4 or 5 weeks. The goals of the GW would mainly be to fix the cholesterol issue some and to increase the weekly drop in weight

Also Not sure if it was GW but sleep was solid 8 hrs felt great, feel great today but subject does most days
 
Im hoping you start to notice something more substantial soon.

Ill look in to the other logs on this and see if others upped the dosage after a week or 2.

Im feeling great bro its only day3 so it will probably take a bit of time to kick in. thanks for the suppport you da man

Work out shoulders- standing military press 155x5x5 shoulder dumbbell raises (cans) 35x10 40x10 45x8 50x6 shrugs 225x15 275x10 315x10

Cardio 2mi 17min 3 min cool down. It felt easier but not so much that I could have done more.

cal. intake was 2488

Sleep was solid I have been the champion of rem since starting but I dont know if its relevent.

Overall I feel great. I get "r u loosing wieght" at least twice a day so its showing. I am fired up to see what the scale says tomorrow

I also do like a wake up routine 4 days a week tues-friday 3x50 pushups also 3 sets of abs I do different shit different days but always the pushups

D4 dose 5mg 1ml

Had an rest day at the gym, other then the morning routine. weigh in was 242lb for those scoring at home its a 5lb drop since last friday so I'm pumped!

It was a horrible day for the diet yesterday, I was freaking starving all day for some reason cal. intake was 2222 which is alittle higher then I like. Non training days I try and stick to under 2090.

I will have blood work done in two weeks to check the cholesterol levels then again at the end of the trial.

Sleep was money again, I would normally wake up 2 or 3 times a night but not since starting the trial

Nothing to report as I have been moving all day yesterday including my gym "The garage" I am in shambles still but hopefully I will have it all together by this evening and be able to report a stellar work out due to the effects of the G dub if no I will also let you know

Sleep is good still however Friday night was a bit off but I think I had a lot on my mind about the move

Cal intake for Friday was 2216cal Sat. was 1915cal.

I am sorry to report I did not make the work out again yesterday. That puts my total work outs last week to just 2.

A poor effort but one that could not be avoided, So with that I will start fresh this week starting tomorrow b/c I am playing golf this afternoon. ha

I am happy to report another notch on my belt has been conquered that just leaves one more. My pants do not fit anymore so I am happy about that.

I wish I could say more for the energy part of it but I don't feel any different yet, will update though

Sleep has not been great the past few nights, but I have been in a new place, in a new bed with alot on my mind so I hope this week I go back to solid rest

cal. intake for sunday was 1955 not a great day for the diet however b/c of the food choices

Well I got a great round of golf in yesterday I almost exploded on the 9th but had a excellent back 9 bogey golf is the best I expect. My girl bought a scale so I stepped on last night 236lb, I threw a 25lb plate on it and it came out correct but its not an official weigh in.

Cal intake yesterday was 2150

I seem to be back to normal with my sleeping, its a bummer b/c those nights were amazing, I'll let you know if that changes

work out was Chest- Flat bench barbell 135x15 235x5x5 had to cut the workout short

Cardio 2mi 17min 3 min cool down . Heavy/speed bag work in between chest sets

Excellent progress brother! GW along with diet can put you on the fast track into dropping some baggage!
