Work out was cut short again do to daddy duties, I am going to a new schedule soon that will let me work out in the mornings I will have all the time I need

Work out Dead lift- 135x10 275x5x5 bag work in between sets

Cardio 2mi 17 min 3 min cool down went really smooth if it goes like that again I am going to step it up. I would like to eventually get 2.5 in twenty .

I read that as far as endurance GW used with AICAR makes the difference , I am thinking of adding this on day 20 through 40.

Has anyone tried this mix? does it make a difference? are there any negative sides to the mix? I am currently researching also.

Tomorrow is the official weigh in and 2 weeks till blood work to see if Mickey has Improved his cholesterol

No workout on Thursday its my ladies Zumba time. Weigh in today was 236 ;) so I am happy with that. The home scale says 234 I think they are both right the 2 pounds comes from my clothing but you gotta where clothes right so 236 official down 11lbs in 10 days

My new goal is 210lbs by the end of the trial

Cal intake yesterday was 1960

cardio 2.5mi 19 min 30sec 3 min cool down. bag work in between sets

Endurance felt great even the extra run was not that tough

No not yet, Im on cycle right now(TEST E 600mg/week), Im thinking of running it either towards the end of my cycle, or during post cycle therapy (pct). ORRRR maybe even after post cycle therapy (pct), all depends on my body fat % in the next couple of months.

workout- shoulders standing military 135x10 155x5x5 cans 35x10 40x10 45x8 50x6 weighted decline sit ups 5 sets 20 10lb weight

Cardio- 2.5mi 21min then a 3 min cool down speed/heavy bag work in between sets

do you notice strength gains. Research says it converts type 2 to type 1. this would make you weaker wouldnt it

No I havent noticed , my cardio is way up but strength is down. I have been adjusting to not having any supps helping me with strength and a new lifting reg. so that also could be also y I think my strength over all is down but idk if GW adds strength in my opinion no. will update if it changes

from wht i have read it converts your fast twitch muscles to slow twitch.

Workout- back dead lifts-135x10 275x5x5 super set with dumbbell bent over rows (lawnmower pulls) wide grip pull ups 5x5 lat pull downs 90x10 110x10 120x10

Cardio- 2.3mi 17min 3min cool down heavy/speed bag work in between sets

Cardio was tough yesterday my legs felt sore. I am going on day four of workout today may be the constant pounding on the mill beating up my legs I will see how they feel today, off day tom
