I had a rest day at the gym needed to catch up on some chores

I also had a weak day for the diet clocking in at 2634 cal all good food though no junk. Mom had pork chops with a balsamic Demi-glaze freaking amazing would bring the most hardcore diet to a halt ha.

So today will be better call yesterday a celebration of the great doctor visit

Idk man I will make a closing evaluation of the effects of endurance when its done but its strange. some days I feel like I have springs for legs and the run is so ez and recovery is fast. Others I struggle to get out of the gate and feel sore while I run. The best days however are weekends when I work out first thing those have been my fastest strongest runs. I have a feeling its because I haven't been at work all day on my feet and have more energy. I also dose in the AM so on weekends dosing is about an 1hr before the workout vs 9 or 10 hrs before. Do you think I should change the dosing to say 2pm where I would work out about 4pm to see if it has an effect?

So I had a awsome couple of days socially However my work outs and diet have suffered :p

I worked out twice last week no work out since wed. This is the hard part about logging my experience b/c I cant just leave out the bad.

Cal intake friday was 2047

Sat. to many to count I played golf walked the course carried my bag so that was a + on the cardio side but I went out drinking with my SF buds so I imagine I drank around 10 lagers I ate a half a turkey club and some disco fries:( oysters also and for lunch I had corn beef and cabbage I had a normal breakfast 847cal I did log that ha. I also had some jerky on the course. I wrote it out b/c I would hate to see what the number was

Sunday was a bit better. I was hung over so on the way to pick my car up I stopped at the bloody Mary bar and had 2. I had my normal breakfast 847 cal I ate hummus and pita chips for lunch. and hibachi steak and shrimp for dinner not horrible but not good either .

The workouts suffered the most this past week I will try not to allow that to happen again. I am probably up a pound or 2 based on my unofficial naked weigh in at 229 this morning but I am going to kill it this week to make up for it. I am still highly motivated

Hahaha I indulged myself for the holiday bro, everyone deserves it now and then.... Keep up the good work tho! This is prob my favorite thread right now. Just got my GW in the mail a few days ago, prob gonna start running it in like 2 weeks, I'm pumped!

Half way home I weighed in officially 230 17lbs down in a month woot! This month I am going to turn up the heat a bit . I am going to move my morning ab/push up work out to nights b4 bed. I am going to do cardio in the morning. and work out afternoons. 3 reasons A. its getting nice outside and in the coming months it gets super hot in the garage where I work out don't want to stroke out ha. B I need more time to focus on weight training. My overall goal besides this trial is to pin up and get huge so I want a solid base before I do so. C. I really dont want wall ! where there was no loss in weight or worse a gain. So to avoid that I am going to put in more work eat cleaner and hit 210 by the end of the trial !

Work out chest flat bench barbell 135x10 225x5x5 super set wire flys (got a new machine:) ) 50x10 70x10 75x10 high side then the same on the low end Incline dumbbells 55x10 75x10 85x5

No cardio b/c I started the new schedule today

Exit 58 my man!! 20 mins from long beach island and Atlantic City. Your progress has been awesome btw... 17 lbs in a month? Awesome!!! You be feeling and looking great buddy. So would you say your endurance is somewhat improved? Oh possibly having more of a placebo effect since you've been so pumped? I'm also wondering how this next month will play out. With the drastic weight you lost in week 1, makes me curious if the body possibly gets used to the GW? Would it be better to run similar to a clen or EC stack? Anyways, keep up the great work! I'll be joining the ride with you soon enough! :bigok:

I am not so sure about the effects of endurance using just GW before I was using it I would do a mile to a mile and a half but I was constantly challenging myself anytime I felt like I could do more. After the trial started cardio went up to 2 miles 2.5 is the best I have done I will try and improve that this month. I think the more you have to loose the more GW will work. At the start there was more fat to loose so more came off faster now the weight lost has been slower I think b/c there is less fat and the body has adapted to the load in the gym. So with that I would go ahead and add a ec stack or clen if you can handle it. There are no neg sides to the GW so adding these would be fine in my opinion still research it to make sure. I also wouldn't rule out AICAR I did brief research on it and decided it wasn't for me b/c I was happy with the results I am getting. Maybe do more research see if it's something you may want to add I would love to see how it works out.

To start maybe run the GW 2 weeks see if your weight drops are bigger then without. If so continue until it slows to what you were loosing b4 u started using GW then add ec but dont use the shit over the counter stuff go with bronkaid buddy that shit kicks ass. I wouldn't go more then 2 weeks on it then 2 weeks off it fucked with my bp something fierce. I would stay on the GW with the EC stack though you could be right about getting used to it so maybe cut it go EC then back to GW. let me know what your thinking
