JZA- perhaps consider doing the GW after your ana Anavar (var) cycle. Anavar (var) is my preferred med and it always screws-up my lipid panel. It is possible that the GW will correct this.

Great advice brother! I shall incorporate the GW into pct instead

Thought you might be interested to hear that my brother started the GW about two weeks ago, and he said hes def been noticing a change in his endurance. Played TWENTY EIGHT holes of golf and felt great!!

Good to hear it man I think this experience has been great! As I come to the end of the trial I have lost at least 3 inches off my waist, my hole body feels tighter , over 20 lbs lost and my cardio is way up. I think at this point the ephedrine is not doing much for me, I am only using 25mg and coffee I think for it really to work I would need to add either caffeine pills or a product like Green Stinger that combo was kicking my ass b4 the GW but I dont think I am willing to run my system on that high of a gear right now its like red lining for me. So I am going to run the ephedrine the rest of this week and take a break again

Cal intake 2595 I have added 3 protein shakes into my diet It currently looks like this

Breakfast 4am 2 hole eggs 2 slices dry hole wheat toast 1.5 cup peanut butter crunch cereal skim milk 1 cup OJ 2 cup Coffee. I do a 10 min ab routine after I do 3 sets of each in a circut 20 pike ups with a swiss ball I think there called 20 ab wheels and 100 swiss ball crunches Idk which of these is doing it but my mid section is coming together nicely I think its the ab wheel that hurts so good.

Second meal is 1 scoop 28g protein 2 tbl spoons powdered peanut butter it comes out to 155 cal w/ water at 7am

Third meal is 1 cup light and fit yogurt 1/2 cup 1%cottage cheese and 1/2c cereal kashi go lean that is 380cal at 930

fourth meal is Salad 1cup spinach mix 1/4 cup chicken strips 2tbl spoon kens light dressing 2 hole hard boiled eggs 345 cal at 1145 to 12pm

Usually at 2pm I will drink a sugar free monster or some crappy no cal energy drink to get me through until I get home

fifth meal 3pm turkey sandwich on whole wheat with mustard right before my work out
 
work out protein directly after work out about 430 5 one scoop plus powdered peanut butter in water a 155 cal

meal 6 dinner about 6 to 630 2 chicken breasts or one pork chop or 8oz steak or tuna with veggies it is the only variable in my weekly diet I try and keep it under 500 cal

meal 7 casine protein before bed one scoop w/ pb 155cal w /water

Any comments? think I should change anything?

Thanks for keeping this log. It annoys me to no end when logs fizzle out right after starting. Your notes are highly appreciated and detailed and your progress is fantastic.

I have been looking for something to aid in fat loss and have been looking at peptides. I honestly can't seem to make sense of the information available though so keep shying away from it. I'm on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) also right now and that is helping but I want more of an edge. Was thinking GW might be worth a try but so little info is also available.

Right now my diet is very clean. No alcohol, sugars or refined carbs. I also started Insanity almost 2 weeks ago and although it has been kicking my ass, I'm keeping up as much as possible. It's hard to come to the conclusion that you are out of shape even though you hit the gym 4 or 5 days a week! LOL!!

So my question to you is this...if you could spend that money all over again, would you choose to spend it on the GW?

Hey man thanks I am happy to log! This is my first log and along with GW it helped me alot just to keep track of my progress. Logging is mostly important to me b/c it keeps me honest, I don't want to lie b/c its like a lie to myself ya know and I don't want to disapoint and and not log bc someone may be reading lol.

I would def. use GW again and plan on it during post cycle therapy (pct) and cutting in between cycles. I think the body has adapted to it a bit but in the start of the trial the weight losses went from 1 to 3 lbs (mostly 2) b4 GW to 5 to 7 lbs its hard to argue that it was helping. + the cholesterol issues were resolved. Winni destroyed the cholesterol levels and I really needed to get that under control . My doc wanted to put me on lipitor which in my opinion is the start of the pharma nightmare of side effects that lead to more fucked up drugs and more issues. I have also been told that the HDL number is really hard to fix after its messed up so to bring that up from 12 to 27 in a month I think had alot to do with the GW

As far as my workouts I dont feel out of shape I think my BF% is lower then 20 my endurance is way up and I feel great! ill post my stats on this log at the end of this week . And I will never stop logging I will just start a new one when I go on cycle around the 20th of this month.:)
 
Congratulations on your progress bro! Indeed this has been a great log to follow, you've done an awesome job keeping us all informed. Have you ever considered adding a BCAA supplement to your regimen? I been alotta research on them lately, and based off my finding they seem to be very beneficial!

I haven't really looked into bcaa how ever I have heard good things from the vitamin shop guy lol. I hear good things about every supp from the vitamin guy. I am so skeptical of otc things that are suposed to be one thing or another. R U using them? anything come of them? I may consider adding them to my vitamin reg. there not expensive. what do you think of them?

I will then pin up and start a new thread a aas log I will be running test c 500mg split into 2 shots 3 1/2 days apart 250mg per shot. also I will be running Aromatase inhibitor (AI) starting at 12.5mg ed through out and the usual Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) blast and PCT in the end of cycle :dance2:

Ha I guess its really day one of my new Log but I want to complete this week on the GW log b4 switching over . Pin went smooth I guess I needed some better lighting b/c I couldn't tell if the plunger was all the way down or not. pinned the glute , It feels fine I can feel it but not bad at all.

I would absolutely recommend them bro. They will most def be part of my regimen from now on right alongside my protein powder. I can break it down real simply on what and how they work. BCAAs are branched chain amino acids: Leucine, Isoleucine, and Valine. As you know, when lifting/exercising, protein is the building block to muscle. For this to happen, protein synthesis must occur, which breaks the protein down into 20 different amino acids. 70% of these are the BCAAs, which are responsible for muscle anabolism, recovery and restoration, synthesis of growth hormone, and energy in tissue repair. Most protein powders/food already contain these amino acids, but by taking them solely as an isolated supplement your avoiding calories which reaching peak plasma concentrations at the same time. Pretty fucking cool right? Give them a month run, I promise you'll notice a vast improvement in your gains!!
