just a note I dosed this morning right before cardio on a empty stomach. Cardio was a breeze it felt great ez I will continue to dose this way the rest of the week to see if it gives me the same effect :) fingers crossed maybe I have been dosing at the wrong time and this will give the endurance effect.

Update on the dosing I dosed again today right before workout on a empty tank. The run felt amazing! I will continue to dose this way to see if the trend continues
 
I been tryin find out how much AICAR to use, cause I actually bought some kinda by mistake lol. I've read some conflicting things on its dosage and am tryin figure out if I should just return it. The beautiful thing too, is that the last month of my GW run, will go into my var cycle... So I'm hoping for some phenominal results! I'm also interested in how an EC stack along with it would do. And how about running the GW 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off type deal? It's still so new it seems! Anyways how's the weight been going? How you been looking?

JZA- perhaps consider doing the GW after your anavar cycle. Var is my preferred med and it always screws-up my lipid panel. It is possible that the GW will correct this.

I added bronkaid yesterday because as the trial is coming to a end so is the weight loss. I did an official weigh in yesterday and dropped only one pound 229lbs since my last weigh in Thursday before last, even though my workouts have been harder my cardio has been more consistent and diet has not changed much at all. So I am thinking that the magic is wearing off after I burned through the top layers now its getting tougher. So for the last 2 weeks I will run bronkaid its a otc medicine that contains 25mg of ephedrine which has a good effect on weight loss. I have used it in the past it does ramp my bp up but for 2 weeks it will be fine. I will not be stacking it with caffeine b/c my morning coffee will cover that and I have read that the aspirin is pointless so just the E will be fine

Yesterday Dosing of the GW was in PM after working Cardio was also In the PM right before the run and felt great. I have to say as far as when to dose in my opinion should be right before the work out

Official weigh in 227, 20 lbs down from the start. I am stumped as to why the large losses that I saw in the beginning of the trial have slowed?? with 2 weeks left I am going after that 7 lbs I think 220 will be the new goal its realistic 210 was a pipe dream brought on by those 5lb loss weeks . I will post pics as well as have a hydrostatic bf analysis at the end of the trial
