No videos, sorry... I used to video and post all the time but not even sure I have he software to convert with or a decent camera anymore.

First time I have done any flyes in a few years, I let them stretch me at the bottom, felt good. Not really that heavy to me, as I am a bigger guy.

Hey Kentucky just noticed your log and wanted to check it out. Amazing lifts, look forward to reading in the future. Make sure and stop in the training forum to show everyone what's what.
 
It's a strange little machine with a long arm that you put plates on. At the other end are two short perpendicular bars that you squeeze until they touch. I then hold as long as possible, as I believe that endurance grip strength is more important for my purposes than crushing grip strength.
