Update: Okay, the 19 was the last day I trained until I did a few Squats on the 26th, I just did up to 512 and it just deep enough- first two were a bit high.

Same thing Saturday, the 27th, tried to squat again. It felt like it ripped me into when I stood up with 512, twice. A very light weight to me.

On Saturday, the 20th, I FELL! I fell 20 feet down a sort of double flight of steps. I became conscience around ten minutes later. This was close to midnight. I got up, staggered out into the cold, 17-19 F, I had on a pair of shorts, a tee shirt, and UA flipflops.

Dig this! I managed to walk over 400 yards uphill, battered and bloodied but very much unbowed. I fell seven times in the icy water/field but I made it to her (my wife's) mothers. It was an absolute miracle, I was cut and freezing. It made me realize that although forty years old, I'm still born again hard. a whole lot of them would have died out there.

I intend to die in one way, with my hands wrapped around cold steel...
