Angry: I eat three calorie laden meals per day. My diet, relative to bb'er, could not suck worse! I focus on carbs moreso than protein.

900x1 (high, but easy as hell)

Deadlifts:

600x1 (easy as shit)

nice #'s. Do you like to pull off the floor each week or do you alternate stiff legs or other variations?

from my perspective, the squats are insane @ 900lbs. Nice!

Angry: the bar I use begins slightly bending around 700, yes.
 
Mr. Gibson, i would like to start doing stuff..ya know..like car pushing, yolk walks...those strong stuff...as cardio and overall strength. do you think that's alright???
