Upper body hypertrophy -

incline smith bench 135 x8 225 x8 275 x8 315 x10
overhand wide grip pull ups bw x8 bw+25 x8 bw+45 x8 bw+90 x7 - Consider the bicep 100% until further notice
cybex incline cable chest press 120 x8 150 x8 180 x8
t-bar platform row 3 plates x8 4 plates x8 4 plates+25 x10

Cut the workout a little short. My stomach was really upset for some reason.
 
Are you going on PCT and staying clean for awhile... or do you plan on continuing?

Considering I've been on for 70 days now, for the sake of my hpta I think it's important that I take at least a little time off. I'll probably try and stay clean at least 6-8 weeks once I finish this batch of 1-T. Also, if I were to use a product like 1-T tren I think I would be a lot more apt to notice changes if I wasn't already at the tail end of a cycle.

Weighed in early today at 268. My weight is holding steady despite the fact that my diet has been a little weak.

I go 3 days a week with one two day break for example tuesday thursday sunday. I had a three day break last week because my schedule got out of whack.

I would like to note that I haven't been sticking to my 8 pumps a day protocol because it takes so god awful long for the stuff to absorb at that dose. I have been doing either four or six pumps a day based on how long I have to sit around and rub the stuff in/wait for it to dry. I will be done in a couple days.

Because of Easter I did tomorrow's workout today. Since I had a day less to recover and haven't gotten a full night's sleep the last couple of nights I took it easy and did a de-load day.

Almost at pct, I have one dose of 1-T left and I skipped applying it yesterday because I was in a hurry. The pct protocol I'm planning on doing is 4 pumps sustain alpha every day for a week then four pumps every other day until I feel recovered. If I were to wager a guess right now I would say that I'm not shut down very hard.
