MOM's 1-T/Epistane log

Do those bother your elbows at all?? I tried to do them today and got through about 4 reps before I had to stop and switch up my exercises.

Actually it's quite the opposite, I don't feel any stress on any of my joints with them. The only thing that ever hurts my elbows are the first sets of skullcrushers, which I usually don't go over 100 lbs on these days, and the first sets of overhead dumbell press.
 
Thanks for the link that's interesting. It looked to me like they were saying to use it at 6 pumps 2x per week.

Yeah, we recommend at least 6 pumps 2x per week for the on-cycle Sustain protocol… and up to 10 pumps if you are on a highly suppressive cycle.

The 1-T really seems to kick in for most people around week 3, so it should pick up from here on out.

I've used the sustain alpha 3 times, doing the six pump protocol, and after each use I get a very noticeable kick in sex drive. I will enjoy trying it during a cycle of test. Thanks for stopping in Eric.

hey MOM, do you use curlbar, straightbar, or hammergrip bar for skullcrushers? and do you do them on flat, decline, or incline bench? one of these factors may be why you get elbow pain on the skullcrushers. i had the same problem untill i started doing them on the decline with the hammergrip bar.. its the only thing that didnt bother my joints..

i take the taco when it comes to joint problems and contraindications, unfortunately, so if anything else is botherin ya during your workout id love to throw in my 2 cents bro..

I've done skullcrushers with every type of bar, from every angle. My normal gym doesn't have a set of cambered bb's so I stay a little lighter and do flat skullcrushers with 100 lbs. My other gym has the cambered bars so I usually do overhead presses with those. When I say the skulls hurt me it's not like they really cause me any problems, the joints just get a little creaky on the first set before the blood gets pumping. If I started lighter I wouldn't even feel it. Thanks for taking an interest.

*Obviously this was not a true strength day. I decided to do it more like a 50% volume rep day to give myself a bit of a deload. I've been working a lot of hours this week and didn't have a lot of time to lift today. This took about 35 minutes.
 
Day 60 1-T Day 39 Epistane

Lower body strength

Front squats 135 x3 225 x2 275 x2 315 x2 365 x3 (no belt) - Felt pretty good considering I wasn't wearing a belt.

Day 62 1-T Day 41 Epistane

Started my last bottle of 1-T yesterday. I think I'm going to up the dose from 6 to 8 pumps per day to get through it a little faster. Now that I'm finishing the epistane, I'm ready to be off and recovering so that I can hopefully be on some test in the early part of the summer. Less than a week of epistane left.

Upper body hypertrophy -

wide grip overhand pull ups bw x8 bw+25 x8 bw+45 x13 - first time doing heavy pull ups since hurting my bicep, no pain.

Day 65 1-T Day 44 Epistane

Came down with some type of flu virus wednesday night. Was running a high fever, pounding headache, muscle aches, cramping etc. Broke the fever last night. Skipped Thursdays workout and took it easy. Went to the gym today but still took it easy. I swear this stuff is breaking down my immune system and I have AIDS.

Lower body hypertrophy -

Very good log. You have a level of dedication to the training and logging it that I need to reach. I have gotten a little better with the warmer weather however.

I've got about 2/3 of my last bottle of 1-T so probably not more than a couple weeks. At 8 pumps a day it will probably be gone pretty quickly. If Primordial would like to sponsor my use of 1-T Tren I'd be happy to give it a try and do a log similar to this one. Thanks for stopping in Eric.
 
Great log. You will feel the 1-T Tren if you try it, although sounds like this cycle is winding down.

Are you going on post cycle therapy (pct) and staying clean for awhile... or do you plan on continuing?
