Do those bother your elbows at all?? I tried to do them today and got through about 4 reps before I had to stop and switch up my exercises.
Actually it's quite the opposite, I don't feel any stress on any of my joints with them. The only thing that ever hurts my elbows are the first sets of skullcrushers, which I usually don't go over 100 lbs on these days, and the first sets of overhead dumbell press.
