the problem with legal supplements....

I do believe that 1-T probably works wonders, but for the $200 + that it would cost to run it for a while, I would much rather run a large test dose

God I wish I could get the money that I spent on OTC supplements in my younger years back... I would be running a gram of Test and 4iu's of GH year round lol

I can honestly say that I dumped upwards of $3k into supplements when I was in high school... I'll say $2k of that was completely wasted because I did buy some creatine and protein powder at some point

All the myostatin inhibitors, NO products, pro-hormones, etc that did nothing for me more than drain my pockets... fuck
 
see, i feel like regretably i bought those products early in my career, and they most likely are what created my muscle base. I loved n02, i started it when it came out through those white bottles at gnc and i felt it always made me feel better.


MOM - do you fight at all? seem to have a good sense of the sport....wanted to post in the mma forum but i'm outta my league

I don't fight, just train MMA as a hobby. I love the sport and have a pretty advanced understanding of it as it's been the only sport I cared about since freshman year of college.

db bench 75's x6 100's x6 120's x6 130's x10 - Off balance, felt terrible.

I do standing military press sometimes, but that doesn't involve any pushing with my legs. I also do dumbell and barbell military, arnold presses, side laterals with db's and cables, and various machines.
 
Those are very impressive numbers IMO. What angle is your upper body in compared to the floor? Do you do them with your back parallel to the floor or is your back at a 45 degree angle?

I start out more or less parallel then raise up just a tad as I'm pulling the weight to my chest. I end up 45 or less. I hit 405 for reps for the first time running epistane so I'm just trying to stay in the ball park.
