MoM --- wus good........just curious of your overall review on both Dermacrine and the Epistane....i was gonna grab a few bottles of epistane, would you buy the dermacrine as well?

Dermacrine is very mild. I would try their new 1-T stuff which is supposed to be a better version of dermacrine. Epistane was pretty potent and provides solid gains with little if any sides.

seated lateral raises 30's x8 35's x8 40's x10
superset w/ cable shrugs 200 x15 x20 x25

That would be fun. I haven't had a consistent training partner in a couple of years.

I kinda have one, but he's hit or miss most of the time... we have somewhat different schedules, so we might get to train 2x a week together

It would be fun having 6'3" 230 and 6'4" 260 show up at my schools gym and lift some serious weight... people would probably talk

Sweet baby Jesus! That's amazing at 260lbs!!! How the hell do you manage 38 pullups in one workout? I struggle for 3 sets of 6-8 at 212! Have you always done high volume pullups? I did 20 about 20 years ago.....when i weighed 170 - LOL Extreme props man.

I've never really understood why people <200 lbs can't do pullups. As you gain weight your muscles should grow proportionally so that you can at least do the same amount.

I agree - maybe it was the 15 year hiatus from pullups that threw me off - anyways, if you can do 'em so can I -LOL - so thanks for the motivation (or was that a kick in the ass? ):laugh3:
