I'm on the size plan for a few weeks...then I'll start tapering the reps down as the poundage goes up and I'll get back into my other routine for max strength.:)
 
Another workout for the books...
DB military press
50's x 15
60's x 12
65's x 7 (x2 sets)

DB Curls
30's x10
35's x 8 (x2 sets)

Tricep pushdown
3/4 stack for 15 reps
full satck for 12 reps
full stack for 8 reps

Cable curl 1/3 stack for 8 reps (x3 sets)

Seated Calf Raise
3 plates for 15 reps x5 sets

Deadlift
165#x12 (x2 sets)

Wrestling weight...197.5lbs

definately taking tomorrow off.

Bent-over BB row

Front Squats
135#x8 (x3 sets)

Deadlift
225#x12 (x2sets)

Let me tell you, those deadlifts sets were the easiest I've ever done. When I reached over and grabbed the bar and pulled, it felt like a 10lbs dumbbell. Simply amazing.

Completely dry...198.4lbs

315# x 8 -Grip gave out

Various Calf work and cable bi's and tri's work

Upset stomach had me down on my luck this workout. I'll nail it harder next time.

that's a good question which i'm kinda avoiding thinking about for the time being...lol
Def holding fat/water in the chest and midsection...but that's pretty much it. I really can't even guess..will get fat calipers to find out soon.
