i'd say i could hit it now...but i'm going to attempt again probably in 2-3 weeks

Thanks bro's...deadlifts were feeling good..grip was kinda weakish...forgot my chalk too

yea, i'd say i go a little past break 90 degrees in the elbows on my dips. And I usually finish with a set of reverse grip dips
