thanks guys...i've noticed i used to bench with a somewhat narrow grip as that of what I do now. Used to be pinky's on the index rings...but i've slowly moved out to fore finger on the index ring. Feels more stable i guess. Seems to be working too. 300 club here I come!

work on ur hip strength like do bottom squats and rack pulls, stuff like that
 
ok, guess i need to stop being a sissy, man up, grap that bitch and pull harder
 
trying to decide if i should hit the shoulders and arms today....or bang the lady....tough call.....

Nothing special here...might need to start putting shoulders in the chest workout and divide up the arms to put me on a three day split
