sure...i should be done bulking towards the end of march and begin the cutting then...it'll be a blurred time with a slow transition but i'll try to get some respectable photos up then. I've got a pro tripod and dslr...so i have no excuse not too.

The thing about my body that frustrates me the most is my lats. When I do a back double bi shot, my lats don't come out. Rar...
 
try putting you elbows at you sit lik you are about to do a bb curl. now flewx the lats and pull elbows back as if you were doing a bent over row (don't bent over though). once you feel them tightly contracted, slowly bring the elbows up and out while feeling as much tension as possible on the lats. Maybe this will bring them out more

hahah yes sir :) I've got some more mass on now so I think the pics will be better.

I know why the lower back has had problems and they won't be there next leg workout. I really regret all the years of just skipping the leg workouts, it's really got my behind
 
I like wearing a belt once I go over 315. Maybe it's a mental thing, but it helps my back not hurt as much if I were to bend over too much on a squat.

70's x9 -left wrist was giving out so cut out the DB
