just finished week 3, cut the dbol...looking at another 9 weeks.

When I worked on ships, all there was to do is watch movies in your spare time. So, I've seen a lot. Breach was all right...it was made more like a drama than the action appeal of the commercials.

thanks winter and AM...holding a little back as I had some gas problems. Nothing worse then starting a pull with a loud fart...lol
 
nothing like having protein and more protein. well, i myself take a large dump before working out.....

squatting with a heavy belly...not good..lol!!

Nice work AZ. Noone at the gym will care if your biceps are weak because you can dead more than they can. lol. Man you are very close to pullin 5 plates. Keep up the good work.
 
it's natural to lift light on your bi after deadlifts like those. heck, i myself am too scared to even train bis after deadlifts. good job as always
 
Brat, tmann, AM: thanks a bunch. I do have yet to see anyone in my gym pull over 455. It's funny, I load the bar then walk away to get a drink of water and I come back and two dudes are commenting "wtf is this.." as they point at the weight. I think five plates will simple be a matter of just feeling good and pulling hard, i'm sure I've got it in me, it's just gonna take that one special day.
 
i'm the first one to go beyond 6 20kg plates on the bar in deadlift in our gym. i feel good and a big guy.

well, try the shit that I do, a day before my month's leave from gym, i tested all of my lifts in a PL competition type format. well, it was sudden for me, but i'm happy.
