Yep. it was the quickes workout i've ever had yet felt quite effective. We shall see in a month. The bench was 9 reps on the first and then 2 and 2....so maybe i need a few more seconds in my rest phase.
 
Are you doing the 15 sec. intervals? When I was trying the DC routine, I was using a 15 sec. rest interval period as well, and had results similar to yours. Strong on the first attempt, followed by two very sub-par sets. I also didn't feel like I was doing enough.
 
on the first exercise...my rest was like 10 seconds.
on the last, i was up to about 20-25 sec and my results were like 8-5-3...which felt really good.
I was gonna start with an EOD program but i might go to 2 on / 1 off.

Lookin strong Aczech. I've actually been doing more reps of deads as of late as well and I changed my form back from Sumo to conventional and I've felt my body being worked a lot more.
 
hey winter, where you been? Yeh, i can't pull sumo. I don't really like repping out but i guess it can't be too bad for me..lol
