135x20 (should have went heavier--maybe should have uped it to 155 165 for the 20 rep sqt)

felt good in the gym..the 1st time i did the 135 for reps by time i got to 10 i felt tight and thought it would be a good wt for the 20 reps..however by time i got back around to the 135 i was pretty good to go and it was to light after all. ill ip it next time to 155 or more...

yea..oncei broke it i realized if i went down with it i wasnt coming back up so i held it for about 20 sec or so..afterwards the 225 seemed abit lighter than normal??

yes but not to the extent that i planned..
i did 135 for 20 but i could have went to 25-30 with it...next time im upping the wt to 155 or so. maybe 185. it felt good and i was quit winded by the end non the less but it wasnt enough wt as i had thought it would have been.

if its your first time trying them out nothing wrong with starting out a little easy

the idea is toget 20 reps but it should be extremely hard by the 12 th rep..take yourtime and work up to it youll at least conditon yourself for a tuff set like that

felt strong today and syked for some reason..all my lifts basically went up today..except a few and that was cause i was exauhsted by time i got to them. tomorrow is chest...
