Well my unintentional bulking cycle worked to the tune of 8lbs. Somehow im guessing its not 8lbs of lbm hahaha time to whip my ass into gear. Hardcore the next 2 weeks till i get back to my normal weight.
Wonder what the damage would have been had i not done 2 hours of cardio every day for the last week. I went completely overboard 3 of the seven days.
those unintentional bulks are the best lol you can really pack it on quick, why the hell cant we gain lbm that damn fast
im actually thinking this would be a GOOD thing for you.. watch the weight come off cuz you did a bit of a super refeed.. you should be fine.. just get back on track
Ok 3J I need some help here, I've noticed after a few big eating sessions I look noticibly bigger and bulkier but I also put it on around my waist so for the last week I've upped my calories and increased my cardio (still doing double sessions of cardio) only problem is since doing the extra cardio my weight has remained at 179. I was hoping to put on a pound or two but keep my waist in check. Seems like all I'm doing is burning off the extra calories I'm consuming. What's the right approach to put on more size but keep my waist in check?
My current diet is roughly 2800-2900 calories and consists of roughly 300+p/300+c/50-60f
I say plus but it's pretty close to 300 it may vary as much as 310-320 but it's pretty close to 300.
All good protien, carbs and fat.
Like I said, physically I look much better after a huge day if eating but if I don't keep up the heavy cardio my waist also suffers.

so here's what i want u to do.. add 200 calories a day, every week, untill u start gaining 1lb a week.. simple as that... it just takes patience.
i think u'll start gaining weight around 3500 calories.. but lets do it slow.. so 200 calories daily rise in intake.. up it every 7 days
u can take your carbs up.. but i would work the fats first.. 200 calories = about 22g fat roughly
