It is a lot of food but its a lot of the right food. People always say i can believe your eating again... Why do you eat so much..... How do you eat so much and not gain weight.....
If you eat the right food spread out throughout the day and work hard the weight will disappear nicely. Key is hard work and clean eating.
I started today, will try to keep 3j posted on the diet he helped create for me, does it matter how many hours are between each meal? or if they are the same time everyday? or is it okay as long as i have my 6 meals a day?
You should try to spread it out. I try to eat every two to three hours. You want the body to have it's macros spread somewhat evenly.
Btw: there's a post somewhere on here where 3j suggests splitting Protein up equally among all 6 meals, carbs should be split among first 4 meals (I think) last meal should be EFA/protein. Try not to mix EFA/carbs and carbs late are only ok pwo. Also really the only time you should eat a simple carbs is .

Good advice bud. 2-3 hrs is my meal spread also, sometimes a little longer between 1 and 2 but never longer than 3.5 hrs. I Dont have any trouble eating everything with this spread, but if i miss and try to compensate I get bloated and feel like shit, so I learned real quick to stick to the plan. oh and i usaully eat breakfast at 10 in the morning..and my last meal (meal 6) is usually at 10 pm is that okay?

Fuck, trying to eat clean on the road is proving VERY hard and eating clean in New Orleans is impossible if you love food (Like me)
