Lower body strength

squats 135 x5 225 x5 315 x3 (tweaked my back pretty bad and almost had to stop) 405 x3 x3 x3 (no belt) - felt it would be easier to get more reps spreading the sets out.
quad superset: donkey calf raise machine 3 plates+25 per side x8 x10 x15
and twisting ball crunches w/16 lb medicine ball at extension
and cambered bar curls 90 x9 100 x10 110 x15
and overhead cambered bar extension 90 x10 100 x12 110 x16

Day 32 Dermacrine Day 20 MMV2.
 
Hey MoM.. Been following the log since day 1 but I'm don't remember seeing anything about sex-drive. forgive me if you already mentioned it but hows the Libido on the two compounds??? Down, same, up???

It's actually down a bit, but for me that means jerking off 1-2 times per day as opposed to 3-4. I may be abnormal in this respect, but my sex drive is actually higher when "off". I think when I start adding in Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) it will give me a boost. I'll make sure to keep everyone posted on that.

Back is still fucked up from Sunday, nothing major but I made sure not to push myself or do anything that would strain it worse. Pity I had to take it easy because I feel very strong.

Day 34 Dermacrine Day 22 MMV2.

hamstring curls 110 x10 150 x10 190(full stack) x10
superset w/ calf press machine 3 sets x12
and weighted crunch machine 3 sets x12

Lower back feeling almost 100% again, didn't want to take any chances.

Upper body hypertrophy -

incline db's 80's x8 100's x6 120's x6 140's x miss - fucked up the first rep, lost my balance and the dbs stalled on my shoulders. Decided to finish up with a lighter set. 100's x16
wide grip pull ups bw x8 bw+25 x6 bw+45 x6 x12
close grip bench 185 x8 225 x8 275 x8 - delts were shot
seated face pulls 150 x8 200 x8 150 x10
seated db shrugs 120's x8 x10 x12
superset w/ cybex kneeling lateral raises 110 x10 130 x10 90 x15

Felt decently strong but had no energy today.

Day 39 Dermacrine Day 27 MMV2

Just a couple days left of the first bottle of MMV2. Still can't decide if I want to buy another one.

Day 41 Dermacrine Day 29 MMV2

At this point I'm thinking I will not buy more MMV2 and will instead pursue getting on some real gear.
 
At this point, how would you rate the Dermacrine by itself? Since you also used mmv2, it is probably tough to accurately answer this question. Or would the money be better spent on gear?

Give me a week or two and the MMV2 will be out of my system. Then I'll be able to give you a better answer.

Nah, I think I'm done with it. In the short term I may try some of that stuff PA's talking about in the anabolic forum. In the long term I'd like to take a little time off and get on some test.
