tech on deads are spot on...strength just needs to go up. squats are gettin there and i'm having to go back to start on shirted benchin. tech is there...just gotta get it fuckin down in the shirt. still pisses me off to know that i can skullfuck 805...just need the right shirt...my goal is 2500...period! then i will move to totaling 2000+ raw and then a 900 bench...

- tonite was another tech work session. shoulder is a bit banged up so goin to do speed work this week and fuckin move past it. 515 and 585 came close and touched 1b with 605. then went and did a double with 605...could of fuckin done 5 reps with the way the weight was flying...it was damn easy!! i'm gettin a lot better of dropping the weight fast and faster everytime which will help when the phenom gets here.

- tonite i fuckin murdered 855 on squats. went back into my hardcore and was able to get 855 to about 1inch above parallel which in time i can do that with 900. so a 1000 is beyond possible for me considerin 855 was easy. did some reverse hypers and that was it.

-tonite i just put 410 to sleep for 12 reps. this is a PR for me since i did 405 for 12 3-4 months ago. 465 was easy and so were the 2 sets of 2 with 445. did some side laterals with 115s for 3 sets and finished up with machine shoulder press. i wasn't play around tonite. i had this week 5 of the gillespie routine in my head. weighed in at 320 tonite so holdin it steady right now and lean. my motivation tonite was big stan murdering 595 on raw bench and could of doubled it. i think he's goin to kick some ass for sure at his raw meet. now its rest time and deads/back follow on friday.
 
I dont care what nobody says, those lifts on raw bench are strong in my opinion, especially in the 410. Ur last set was ur strongest after the previous sets, U train with some knowledgable people dont U??

I just run 5x5, sometimes DC. I mainly train for power and definition. I dont do logs about training, Im not going pro and I aint breaking no records, I just do me. I go to shows and meets alot and thats my motiviation honestly. I do alot of roadwork with tractor tires and logging chains for power 3 days a week and train at the gym then and in between. For me personally, I like to see how far the mind and body can go physically, especially while running Jet Fuel.
