First workout in the university gym. It was about 100 degrees in there and humid. Crowded as shit, too.

Doing it a little different than usual. I normally go completely ATF, just a little below parallel. But I went ATF today, didn't go to failure. I'll just add 5 pounds to my first set each week and micro load.
