Thanks man, I came off cycle back around Halloween. That chick that was in my avatar was just some random party slut I found online.

Incline press 170x10; 180x8; 190x6; 200x4
Flat dumbbell press 80x8x8x7 (couldn't lock out last one)
Dips: 3x10 or so, lost count

I've grown a lot over the past few months, but my pressing is still lagging behind the rest. It will probably always be that way because I'm 6'4".

Have the same problem, but changing the way I lift the bar has helped more than a little. DC has some good stuff on it over at Intense Muscle. Easier on the shoulders as well. But tall guys are always fucked (cause we get all the girls.)

I'll have to do a search for that, I have improved form/technique a lot over the past year which moved my numbers up more than raw strength would have.


But yeah, being tall rules usually.
