my diet and training has went to hell the last 2 1/2 weeks becuase of this...i will get back on track next week.

i feel like a fucking mess right now due to all of this.

and i shoudlnt get to busy with the upcoming move till soemtime in june 08'
 
i'm getting fat.
my diet is a mess and i am way off track.
i'm working on my diet plan and work schedual for the next few weeks.
