will start adding cardio back in next week.

started 6x6 routine will work this for 2-3 weeks then go upto 8x8 program for 3-4weeks then finally will top off routine cycle with 10x10 for 2-3 weeks.
i expect too see some dramatic changes in my physique and wt wise.
at the end of this 7-10week cycle i will evaluate changes and make my mind up about either starting cycle over over going into a 6x1 routine for a few weeks.

Good to see you posting up your routine again adida. I must say, they're always quite interesting, but you're a knowledgeable guy and I know that there is definitely a method to your madness. Keep it up bro.

yeah i know it looks counter productive to go from heavy wts too lighter wts, but this routine based off Vince Gironda's 8x8 Routine

i want too see what kind of changes i can see in training this way.
 
before i took a break, or slowed down from lifting. i was hitting 255 i think for around 20 reps straight. but the 225 fried my traps and low back.

SQT machine (used for front sqts)

Leg curls, seated

Calf raises, machine, standing

**thought I was going to be able to pull off 20reppers for 6 sets….didnt happen…LOL**

BTN press, seated, smith machine

Cross cable pull aparts
20x6-6sets
15 sec rest between sets

DB lateral side raises, seated

Total time: roughly 30 or so minutes
I didn’t write dwn my start time, and the counter guy didn’t log me in…just had my ending time and knew about when I left the house.

Total leg work: 18sets/108 reps
Total shoulder: 18sets/108 reps
Total calves: 6sets/ 36reps
Abs: 6sets/36reps

Will be some increases in wts next go around for quit a few of the leg exercises.
So far feeling good with this routine.
Calves are still extremely sore.

another good lifting day, still no cardio as of yet...wt down 5lbs..210 right now. calorie intake roughly 2500-3200 depending on day. one more week of 6x6..then increase to 8x8..should get interesting then.
