i was lived about the base gym deal. my legs were still fried and my glutes were sore as hell from the lunges, however i had a really good, solid work out. felt strong as an OX. cant wait till later this week for rack pulls.
calories reduced to 2800 non work out 3200-3500 work out days.
 
haha that sucks getting kicked out of your gym bro. How much were you benching/squatting/deadlifting when you were on cycle?

Nice workouts - way to stay strong.

yeah Winter it sucked, it through off my timing and everything.

on cycle i was not as strong as i am right now :dunno:
i got my bench upto 250x2-4 area
deads ~350x3-5
sqts ~315x3-5
the cycle seemed to help get me back on track, but really didnt move me past anything i have done before. any future cycles will involve more than orals and test will be added for sure.

although none of those have beat previouse records for myself.
as you can see i have moved away from PL split to more of a fullbody split.
i seem to respond much faster and better this way.
my goals as of right now are to:
BB bench 225x10 current 195x10
sqt 365x4 current 290x4
dead 385x4 current 335x4

funny part is my tri's are prett strong. wt for wt wise i think my tri's are 1.5 times as strong. but they are getting bigger, just at a slower rate than bi's...

i've also missed @ least 2 tri work outs do to time constraints..

another good work out in the log. calories are steady at 2800 non work out and 32-3500 work out days. strength and stamina seem to be improving every work out so far. this work out was after a long ***ht shift of 12 hrs, and had been up over 16hrs.
