Post work out: NONE went home was tired.

Over all had a great work out. Even after a 12 hr shift and over 16 of being up I had plenty of energy to do my work out, well except post work out cardio i was just ready to go home by then.


diet has been going great. fat intake has been upnear 200+g ED and carbs at/under 40g ED with protien staying near 210-240g every day. i am seeing more and more changes come through as BF/wt is slowing coming down.

good work out again, SQTS are mving nicely and althougha few exercises were down in reps or a stayed the same, i made a lot of improvements in other lifts to off set this. rack pulls later this week.
 
shit. ur lower back oughta be fried after doing squat then bench. adi, can I request vids on ur 3 lifts?? or maybe add in some miscellaneous workouts too.

i do not own a camcorder :(
just a digi camera with minimal vid recording abilities. plus the gym is anti camera/video taping :(

I saw that..good luck and congrats with the free supps. I looked on my latest creatine supp...and guess what, there's beta-alanine in it! It's like 1g per serving or something and i think we'd need a few more grams to get the most out of it. Let me know how your stuff works, will def be waiting to hear.

its my own creation.
its a mix of several differnt styles swirled into one.
i have 4 differnt variations i run. i run 2 varitations a week (yes that means i only lift X2 a week)
each one designed to hit diffent lifts and muscle from differnt angles sets and reps.

i tried to follow PB's PL routine, but i was just tearing my self apart (not in a good way, injury wise) on the low reps and heavy wts. so decided to try some other lifting styles and decided i would just do full body work outs.
been running it this way for a little over 2-3 months and loving it. i am making faster progress than i could have expected. and my recovery has drastically improved and injuries are almost non-exhistant now.
 
Sup adider. I'm still here good broly, just natural and it sux:) Weighed in at 219 today after my workout, been on some CEE and ALCAR with a shitload of protein. Strength is down but i'm holding on to my size. I need to lose a little bf but i'm not gonna worry about it right now, just gonna keep hitting it hard and bulking.
