Adida~I try...Even though I'm a "girl"!!! LOL

Mranak~LOL...You're a mess! TO answer your question, it took lifting heavy weight, and lots of clean food. I eat around 3000 calories a day. I quit doing volume training too. That helped a lot.

Yep, oatmeal, egg whites, lots of chicken, but I have to admit I still have my whole wheat breads and all natty peanut butter. Can't give up everything...
