pullinbig: I don't have access to either of those. In the past, we had a reverse hyper and I used and loved it. Thanks, man! If I could only DL worth a damn... I have grip issues, paws instead of hands.
 
LiftTillIDie: I don't really run one. I go heavy (for me) year round. If I add in anything, it will be a "speed day" on squat and bench.

I think having a big belly and short arms is a plus in this exercise.
 
funny how people always criticize my belly for being big. I kept saying, 'i'm making my own belt' honestly bro, people are afraid to get fat...well, it's an ego thing..but from my experience and all and which you already know, you have to have fat to grow and get strong.

Can you ballpark your amount of gear used? I always like to inquire what those with insane strength are running.
