Shoulders hurt like a bitch, could barely raise my arms above my head

numbers way down, my shoulders had hurt for a couple days before so I didnt expect much

nothing that intense, just trying to maintain and not hurt my shoulders. probably going to take next week off to heal completely

BO rows 155 x 12 x 12 I see almost zero carryover between db rows and bo rows, I dunno
