Shoulders didn't hurt at all today. Probably go back to some barbell stuff next week.

nice work String. keep at it. how much strength have you gained on the 50mg prop and how long have you run it for so far?

I originally ran deca, dbol and enanthate back in Novemember. Ran that 12 weeks. Been running prop since. Going to come off at the 20 week mark.


Went from ~212 lbs to 240 at one point...holding steady at 235 right now. My squat and dead numbers have gone up drastically, bench only slightly.

I'll probably be able to stay at 225-230 no problem...I don't seem to be holding much water right now on prop alone. Although maintaining the strength is more important to me than the number on the scale.
