nice low volume work, how those lunges feel after that squat work?

I have never done lunges, heard they are good stuff

They are hard as hell following squats. Some decent grip work holding them for long periods like that also. Hit the glutes very well.

Decline Press: 185 x 8 x 7 (been a couple years since I did these; felt pretty awkward)
Incline DB Flyes: 45 x 20 x 16

nice work. those 20 rep sets are yough. you going atg right? nice leg press too.
 
Yeah, all the way down. I'm still pissed I didn't suck it up and get those last five.

Workout was kinda gay, only slept about three hours last night.

Incline DB Press: 85 x 10 x 7
Decline Press: 185 x 8 x 7
Incline DB Flyes: 55 x 10 x 10

BO Rows: 205 x 8 x 5 (a little short of goal there...)
Ab Machine: full stack x 15

And some pulldowns and misc shit I didn't chart.

Missed legs last week; had a date with some beer. It happens.


Bench: 240 x 3 (going to do 3 rep sets for a bit here, add 5lbs per week)
Decline Bench: 225 x 5 x 5
High Incline Flyes: 45 x 16 x 10
