Nah my bench has always sucked. Partly because of how I'm built @ 6'4". It's still up a lot compared to a long time ago; couple years ago I struggled to bench bodyweight for one rep. It will always lag behind my squat and dead.

Don't refuck your foot this weekend while drunk. Stay away from wrestling matches, bowling alleys, crazy bitches, mechanical bulls, and for good measure, black people.
 
I've been there man. It resulted in me not doing squats or deads for almost 2 months. One disaster after another, lol.
 
The foot hurts like fuck still but it didn't hinder my squats at all; all the swelling seems to be on the top of it


i do have a grade A hangover at hte moment

this was all I charted. lifted at a new gym, everything felt really heavy

havent had a good workout in forever
 
Took this whole week off. First time since September I took some time off.
